We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the App’s core functionality:

• Facebook Authentication Data: When you log in with Facebook, we receive your Facebook user ID, name, email address (if provided by you during permission grant), and a list of Facebook Pages you administer. This is required to authenticate you and let you select which Page to manage.
• Page Access Token: We request and store a long-lived Page Access Token (provided by Facebook) for the specific Facebook Page you choose to manage. This token allows the App to post content to your Page on your behalf.
• Content You Provide: Any text, links, images, or other content you upload or input into the App for scheduling or posting to your Facebook Page.
• Usage Data: Basic technical information such as device type, browser type, IP address, access times, and App usage logs (e.g., which features you use) to improve performance, debug issues, and ensure security.

We do not collect or store your Facebook password, private messages, friends list, or any data unrelated to managing your selected Page.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

• To authenticate you via Facebook Login and verify your admin rights on the selected Page.
• To post, schedule, or manage content on your Facebook Page as you instruct through the App.
• To provide core App functionality, including automated posting and content management features.
• To operate, maintain, improve, and secure the App (including detecting abuse or technical issues).
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to valid legal requests.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing our own products to you (unless you explicitly opt in), profiling, or any purpose unrelated to operating the App.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share information only in these limited cases:

• With Facebook (Meta): Authentication data and Page access tokens are handled directly through Facebook’s official Graph API in accordance with Facebook’s Platform Terms and your granted permissions.
• Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party hosting providers, cloud services, or logging tools (e.g., for server infrastructure or error tracking) that process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: If required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your Page Access Token and other authentication data are stored securely using industry-standard encryption practices. Access is strictly limited to authorized personnel only.

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the App services or as required by law. If you revoke Facebook permissions or delete your account with us, we will delete your stored access tokens and related data within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 30 days).

5. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA), including:

• Access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Withdraw consent (by revoking Facebook app permissions)
